Comment: A very dramatic example of this classic combo from the Ray Mine, most common in the 90s and now hard to come by on the market. This piece has stalactites to 2 inches, covered by a thin layer of quartz druse. Only one stalactite, the peripheral one to far left, is broken. The others are all complete AND pristine, which is remarkable - usually these larger pieces show much damage to multiple stalactites and it is hard to find one with such good aesthetics, and size, in this condition. Positively glows when backlit in a case (not shown)

Minerals: Chrysocolla ((Cu,Al)2H2Si2O5(OH)4 n(H2O)) Quartz (SiO2)
