Comment: This specimen is displayed on page 382 of the July-August, 2010 Mineralogical Record, Volume 41, Number 4. The two photos show the varying backlight of green and blue. Without backlighting, it is a dark purple, almost black specimen, with an interesting stepped texture. With backlighting it glows in various shade of green and blue and purple with the stepped texture being highlighted.
