Comment: A showy and excellent combination specimen of quartz crystal sprays aesthetically set on matrix RICHLY covered with tiny, pastel-pink, flattened rhodochrosite rhombs. This is CLASSIC material from the famous Boldut Mine at Cavnic, Romania. This is a fine representation of the species and locality, not withstanding the couple of broken quartz crystals in the large spray. We have heard that the famous Maramures County mines may be closing soon. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!
